Three cheese chicken penne pasta bake:
12 oz. penne pasta
1 package spinach leaves
1 lb. chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1 t dried basil leaves
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
2 oz. cream cheese
1 c mozzerella cheese
2 T parmesan cheese
Cook pasta. Add spinach for the last minute of boiling. Drain. Cook chicken in a skillet whith the basil until done. Add spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add cream cheese. Stir the pasta and suace mix together. Add 1/2 cup of the mozzerella cheese and put into a baking dish. Cook at 375* for 20 minutes. Top with the remaining mozzerella cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
