I made tice-baked potatoes last night for dinner, and can I just say...
Delicious!!!
I baked the potatoes at 400* for 1 hour
then I cut a slit out of the top of each potato, scooped out the inside and mashed them with a little sour cream and butter, plus:
chopped onion
bacon bits
cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese
black pepper
garlic
I sprayed the skins with spray butter and salt (so they would be crispy and salty when they came back out of the oven) and then spooned the potato mixture back in the skin and popped them back in the oven at 350* for 25 minutes.
