Jackson LOVES Amy! The other day he told me in was in the kitchen making Amy a birthday cake. When he was done he came and got me so we could sing "Happy Birthday" to Amy.

Ever since my cake class, Jackson has "made" several cakes, but none that looked like this. It took me few minutes, but I figured out he was copying this cake:
Rose's cake from "Sleeping Beauty." This is the scene that he will watch over and over and over again!
